
Q. How do I place an order? A. Orders are placed online through our SECURE YAHOO STORE. I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the Internet. How can I place an order? A. We will be happy to take your order this way or by phone at 972-359-8914 Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm. Q. How do I place an order if I live outside the USA? A. If you live in another country and want to send a candy bouquet to someone in the USA you can e-mail us and fill out an order form or order online and use the shipping address in the billing address and then email us with your correct billing information. Q. How do I know you received my order? A. We will E-mail you 3 times. 1. To let you know that all your information checked out before it is shipped. 2. When your order is shipped. 3. When your order arrives at it's destination. PLEASE CHECK YOUR E-MAIL OFTEN! Q. Can I cancel my order? A. There are no cancellations. Once you place your order it is processed, charged to your credit card, made upon the receipt of the order and shipped the next morning. If for any reason you cancel the order there is a processing fee of $10.00 per order. Q. What are my payment options? A. Candy Grammes accepts Visa, Master Card, and Discover, credit cards. Q. I have a large order and need to ship to multiple addresses. What is the easiest way to do this? A. If you order more than 1 candy bouquet you will need to order them one at a time. After you order your 1st one and place your order for the next one the ordering information will show up on the order form and all you have to do is put in the new shipping information. Q. What happens after I place an order? A. When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to us. You will receive a copy of your order confirmation via e-mail almost immediately after you place your order. Q. What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail? A. If you do not receive a copy after placing your order then the email address you gave was incorrect. Please check the email address on the order and send us the correct one and we will send you another copy. The order confirmation e-mail will also contain all the information you input. We recommend that you review your order and if you notice an error (such as a transposed address, misspelling, etc.) We will be happy to change any information as long as your order has not been boxed and shipped. Q. How do I find out the status of my order? A. You will receive a shipment confirmation via e-mail when your package is shipped. We will track your order day and night until we get a confirmation is was delivered. We will email you and let you know the time and date of it's arrival. Q. Can I specify a future delivery date? A. You can specify a delayed delivery date on the order form so you can place orders in advance. At the bottom of the order form in the comment box you can put the day you want it to arrive and we will send it out 3 days before that if sent Priority mail and 2 days before if sent Express mail. Q. What carriers do you use? A. We ship USPS the postal service only because they deliver 6 days a week. They do not leave your package on the porch and walk away. They will leave a notice in your mail box if no one is home and try to redeliver it the next day or the you can pick it up at the post office. It is cheaper than the other carriers and we have used USPS for over 10 years with great delivery service! They deliver most orders any where in the USA in 2 days 99% of the time! Q. Can you deliver to a PO Box? A. Yes, the postal service delivers to all Post Office Boxes. If your mail goes to a post office box then please use that shipping address because that is where they will leave your package. Q. Do you ship chocolate during warmer months? A. Yes, we put chocolate candy in all our bouquets during warmer weather. Since we are in Texas we add ice packs so the chocolate candy does not melt. This makes the arrangements weigh more so the shipping cost goes up from May to Oct. Q. Why is shipping costs so expensive? A. Shipping charges are based upon the weight and the speed at which it is delivered. Priority mail 2-3 days not guaranteed and Express mail 1-2 days guaranteed. The rates we charge are based on the actual shipping rates that the post office charges us for each state. We do not make money from the shipping charge. Q. If I order more than one item, is there a discount on shipping? A. No. Our shipping charges are per gift because we can not fit more than one bouquet in a shipping box. The one exception is if you order one of our smaller gifts (like a cookie gift box) and they are going to the same address. When you place an order it will charged you per gift but if we can fit the cookie boxes into one larger box we will then take off the extra charge. Q. Can they be shipped anywhere? A. To see the shipping charge and options please select any gift then hit the drop down menu to choose which state you are shipping to, then add to your cart. We do not offer same day shipping but if we can get it ready we will ship it same day and let you know by email. Normally if you order today it is shipped tomorrow Mon-Fri. Priority mail takes 2-3 days to arrive and 99% of our orders arrive in 2 days but is not a guaranteed delivery. Express mail takes 1-2 days to arrive and is a guaranteed delivery. All our gifts are hand made to order and need 24 hours to be shipped or delivered locally in Allen, TX. Q. Can I send a Candy Bouquet to someone in the hospital or hotel? A. Hospitals love Candy Bouquets and many allow them into intensive care units where flowers cannot go! BUT we do not ship to patients in hospitals unless you check to see that they will be there at least a week when you order. This way the arrangement will be sure to get to them before they leave. Because of the short stay in hospitals and hotels it is better to send Candy Arrangements to a home address. However we will ship to employees in hospitals and hotels. Q. What if the recipient is not there to receive the package? We do not guarantee circumstances as follows: A. Inclement weather which restricts the delivery of a candy arrangement! B. Incorrect delivery address information given by customer. (No refund) C. Recipient not available to receive his or her candy arrangement. If no one is home a notice will be left about the delivery. If they do not pick it up or have it redelivered, it will be sent back to us & there is (No refund) Q. What goes into your Candy Bouquets? A. We make candy bouquets with a variety of fun & full size packages and boxes of candy. We add a variety of Gum, Lollipops, full size Twizzlers, Kit Kat's, Hershey Chocolate Bars, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Pay Days, Nestle Crunch and fun size candy bars such as Milky Way, Snickers, Butterfingers, 100 Grand, 3 Musketeers and Baby Ruth. Contents in each bouquet will vary! Q. What goes into your Cookie Bouquets? A. Cookie Bouquets our fresh baked Chocolate Chip and Double Chocolate Chip Cookies. The Cookies are 3 1/2 inches each and are baked on a lollipop sticks. The double chocolate chip is a dark chocolate fudgy cookie with chocolate chips and taste delicious. Q. How will my gift look when it arrives? A. The gift photos shown online are accurate depictions of what your gift will look like when your recipient opens his/her package. Our gifts are wrapped in a plastic bags and tied with ribbons. Each gift also includes your personal gift card message. The gift will arrive in a large shipping box packed with lots & lots of peanuts so it will not move during shipping. Candy Bouquets stand 24 inches tall and Cookie Grams stands 22 inches tall. * Please keep in mind that each candy bouquet will contain a variety of candy but will vary in contents. Q. Do you have sugar-free Candy Bouquets? A. No, not at this time because we do not get enough calls for sugar free candy arrangements. Q. How long will a Candy Bouquet last? A. That depends on the candy used for the candy bouquet. Hard candy, if kept in the correct temperatures, will last for years. Depending on the type of chocolate, it will last anywhere from 3 months to a year. Q. I don't really know what I want. I have never seen a candy bouquet. A. That's easy, give us a call. Candy Bouquets, Cookie Bouquets, Candy Cakes & Cookie Boxes cannot be returned or exchanged because they are a food item, and we must maintain control of the quality of our candies and cookies until they reach our customers.
